Jacob Engelbrechtsen
Lawyer / Business Owner
Jacob Engelbrechtsen is a bilingual lawyer fluent in English and Spanish with a deep understanding of South and Latin American matters.
He started his own firm in January 2018 with the goal of making a difference for individual clients, always placing them at the center of his practice.
He is known for taking the time to listen to and communicate with clients, and for his empathetic and trust-building approach. He has an analytical approach, quickly dissecting legal issues and providing thorough and honest assessments.
He has previously worked at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen and at the Glostrup Court, gaining both theoretical and practical experience that he brings to his legal practice.
Jacob primarily handles cases related to immigration law, criminal law, and family law, with extensive experience in these core areas.
He represents clients in asylum cases before the Refugee Appeals Board, cases of child placement before the Children and Young People's Council, and in criminal and family law cases before the Danish courts throughout the country.
Souheila Hussein
Lawyer
Souheila has a large experience with immigration- and family law and has previously worked as a voluntary legal adviser at Indvandrerkvindecenteret.
Souheila is beside Danish and English fluent in Arabic, which has been a big advantage for many of our clients. Souheila is solution-oriented in her consultancy and works purposefully and structured with an eye for details.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Souheila teaches in administrative law at Lyngby Handelsskole, and she is a board member of Diversity Works.
